PFC Nears Completion of J-Town Police Station
After 2+ years of transition, Jeffersontown Police is almost completely settled in to their new headquarters. As a multiphase project, the new station was built first so they could move in before the old station was demoed. To help achieve this we began with temporary fencing, outfitted the new building with chain link cages, ornamental fencing, and operated gates. Phase 2 included ornamental fencing and operated gates around their new parking lot.
We built several caged areas that required us to take the fencing all the way up to the ceiling. As you can see, trussing and HVAC systems make for meticulous and challenging work but chain link can be used in a lot of versatile and creative ways to achieve security.

What We’re Building…
Louisville Metro Gov. Outer Loop HVAC Fence
This mechanical pad had a dilapidated, elevated wooden privacy fence. Not anymore. Our team nailed this replacement to allow for privacy, sound reduction, & airflow for the HVAC units.
Woodland Acres Pump Station
This project had unconventional chain link specs but our team dominated this install. The beefed up bracing and concrete only gave our team more to eat. This project included 279’ of 6’ chain link fence with barbed wire and a 12’ wide gate.
William Harrison Park Netting Replacement
Not all nets are created equal. Metro Parks & Rec had a dilemma that we helped them mitigate. Over the years, lawn crews destroyed the old netting and bent a netting pole; so we replaced both. However, we installed a cable along the bottom to give them a slightly elevated bottom barrier that was large enough to get a weedeater under, but not soccer balls. No more rummaging through cypress trees, kids.

Building Our culture
Celebrating at top golf
Spring time is an absolute grind for our team. So we took off early one Friday and watched a world-class comedy show… libations & some “interesting” swings.
We’re grateful for a team that is perfecting their trade; not their swing.
DID YOU KNOW…
… that Vikings used dry stone walls (built without mortar) to mark property boundaries, specifically between farms, grazing areas, and settlements.
These fences symbolized land ownership and territorial control, essential in a society where clan and family land rights were fiercely defended.
Some stone fences still in use today in rural Iceland and Norway date back over 1,000 years—a testament to their craftsmanship and durability.
Over time, moss, lichen, and grass would grow between the stones, reinforcing the structure naturally—making them part of the living landscape.
