Before We Begin!
Before we can build, there are a few issues that we ask our customers to address so that we can
exceed your expectations. You should contact your homeowner’s association in regards to any
limitations/issues regarding fences in your neighborhood. This may require permits for your fence
or may regulate the style and placement of the fence. Also, you must locate your official property
lines so that we can establish the proper boundaries for your fence. Finally, you must identify any
private underground utilities. We will identify any public underground lines, but any private lines such
as underground fence, satellite television, lines to garages or outbuildings, and irrigation or
drainage systems are the responsibility of the customer.
