Do you accept credit cards?
Currently we do not accept credit cards.  We accept cash payments and cashiers checks.  We
hope to begin accepting credit cards in the near future.

Do you have a warranty or guarantee on your fence work?
As a service provider, we have a one year warranty on our labor.  This covers normal wear and
tear on the fence and excludes storm damage, accidental, and mistreatment of the fence.  
Some of the products we install have warranties exceeding our labor warranty.  We will provide
you with all the paperwork concerning the warranty of the product upon completion of the
installation and/or repair.  

We set all of our posts in concrete to ensure stability and keep them straight.  Because your
fence is typically outdoors, we use treated wood products and galvanized products to help
prolong the life of your investment against the elements.

How do I locate underground lines and utilities?
PFC will locate public utilities that run underground on your property so that we can dig your
fence posts safely.  However, the owner of the property is responsible for locating any private
lines on the property including, but not limited to, cable, electricity lines that may run to
unattached garages/buildings, invisible fence, drainage systems, & irrigation systems.

Do you install underground invisible pet fence?
No, we install just about every form of fence products except for invisible fence.  Traditional
above ground fence offers a safe way to keep your animals in and unwanted animals out.

Do you install fence around pools?
Yes!  Pool owners must have a fence around their pool according to county and/or state safety
regulations.  Fence around your pool is essential to the safety and liability issues associated
with a pool.  A fence can help prevent accidental drownings, contain kids, protect homeowners,
and save lives.  The type of fence you choose to surround your pool is a combination of your
taste in fence and local regulations.  County clerks should be able to help you with identifying
these regulations.  We will help you match a fence that you enjoy and also meets these codes.

Do you install/repair fence year round?
Absolutely yes!  Your needs for a fence aren't a seasonal, that's why we aren't a seasonal
company.  The reasons you need a fence in the summer are the same reasons you need a
fence in the winter.  

Do your estimates have expiration dates?
Yes, typically our estimates have expiration dates of one month after they are issued.  
Occasionally there are shorter expiration periods due to fluctuating material costs.

Do you demo existing fence?
Yes, we demo existing fence.  Whether you have an old fence that needs a face lift, storm or
accident damaged fence, a replacement, or simply want it removed; we can demo and remove
virtually any type of fence.

Do you haul-off demoed/removed fence?
Yes, we will remove any demoed fence materials from your home or job site and dispose of
them for you.
